Caribou Migration 10″ x 24″

The leaders of the Porcupine Caribou guide their herd up into the Brooks Range mountains from the Arctic Coastal Plain. Caribou have made this journey for generations, travelling thousands of mileson their annual migration. The mountains provide an escape route with fewer mosquitos, but present more physical challenges as they navigate steep scree slopes and mountain passes.
