Caribou Migration 2″ x 5″

The leaders of the Porcupine Caribou guide their herd up into the Brooks Range mountains from the Arctic Coastal Plain. Caribou have made this journey for generations, travelling thousands of miles on their annual migration. The mountains provide an escape route with fewer mosquitoes, but present more physical challenges as they navigate steep scree slopes and mountain passes.
